Did you see her skintone? She's black. Did you see her gender? She's female. Those are the only qualifications she needs.
As for her rulings..that doesn't matter, and won't matter with anyone the establishment nominates. Establishment is woke now... so she'll rule on the side of wokeness. If the establishment steers away from wokeness and goes toward another ideology, she'll rule on the side of that ideology. As long as she acts like a puppet and does what she's told, she'll have a lucrative job for the rest of her life...and the state media will portray her as an icon.

Jackie Robison was chosen to break the color barrier because he could play as good or better than most of the white players. That was 1st and foremost.
The requirements to be as good or better than other applicants seems to have been forgotten in the race to see race.
