Does anyone know the constitutional ruling on whether or not a State had to accept these refugees? The federal government has only delegated powers from the States and I can't seem to find where it holds the authority to tell a State you have to accept these people we have chosen.

Who in this judges family has a job tied to supporting immigrants and gets $$$ for doing so? Has to be a connection there somewhere.

This is a perfect example of how this whole system is broke and needs a hard reset. Trump and his team need to tear it down to the last brick, build a wall,, and formulate a program that will allow orderly, quick, and cheap immigration, with certain stipulations. You break the law, you get deported. You work, you pay taxes. You support yourself and stop depending on the charity of others and the government.
These activist judges are destroying this country, and they are not even doing it slowly nor in the dark.
