Also, your initial claim was that military courts have no jurisdiction over American citizens. That is demonstrably false. I like how you just entirely sidestepped that.

I'm mostly blackpilled.
Comey is a dipshite, but I have never had a good feel for how deep he was into Russiagate. I also don't know that picking him off for what we called a process crime when Mike Flynn did it is the way to go. The statute of limitations has probably run on anything substantial.
I will say that when legal issues come up around this administration, it is difficult to tell if Trump isn't getting a fair shake or his administration is just a clown show. The criminal cases show how stupid the law is sometimes. The records case was a ginned up joke and he got convicted. The one with the most merit got thrown out because he drew a favorable judge.

It might help your self assessed importance if you tried to stay relevant.

Swamp Barbie is probably setting them up to fail.

Are you talking about actions done before Trump had won the election?
You do realize he wasn't "a government" until a couple months after the election, right?

No. Sedition, maybe.

My actual comment

That's not legal. Military courts have no jurisdiction over normal civilians.
Military members = not normal civilians
Agents of foreign states = not normal civilians

well guys even the dismissal is a win. Sets up a senior judge ruling on proper procedure that would be in play 4 years from now if the dems are in office.

You're being dishonest again. These are things that happened after he won the election and before he took office. Look into Herbert Haupt's case. He was a saboteur who hasn't even committed a single act of sabotage. He was tried by tribunal and put to death

Agent of Nazi Germany. Not applicable here.

Perfect example of why things will never change. In fact, it will probably make things much worse. They'll just become more emboldened. I mean if there are no consequences for doing anything illegal, why stop? There is nothing Trump or anyone else can do about it.
