These people are multi-layer protected. They are untouchable. Nothing will happen. Best you can do is hope for stomach cancer or a freak accident.

Of all the incarcerated people today what % do you think is MAGA? You can limit that population to the incarcerated population since January 2021 if you want and I don't think that there would be a marked difference

He's talking about people being prosecuted/attacked for political reasons, but you are attempting to dilute the argument by including people prosecuted for everyday crime. It's a good strategy. Let's see if it works.

Please......
Everyone knows it's politics. The reasoning borders on the ridiculous. Plus Eastman did not do this in CA

I look forward to your admission of the above.

Am I correct in interpreting your post as “Lol its bad they disbarred him for something I don’t think anyone should ever be disbarred for, in an effort to ruin a political opponent, but LOFL he didn’t come through on his stupid promise that he had damning evidence against the election thieves?”

There are basically 2 portions of acts that led to the disbarment (1) the stupid legal theory (2) relying on clear false claims to justify #1.

He could have fixed 2 by showing the proof (the Kraken) and showing his claims were not false. Same with Sydney Powell, Jenna Ellis, Rudy, etc. None of them showed their work. Hell, I think Powell testified that nobody could/should have believed the claims in a deposition (someone can correct me on the details).

So we should prosecute people for "Everyday" crime but not crimes you deem political?

And you're trying to be the one pointing out your perceived 2-tier justice system? I hope you see the rhetorical flaw.

Like Fani Willis?

Someone filed a bar complaint against her a couple of days after her testimony. That process is just beginning.

I think Eastman's was filed in 2022, to give you temporal context.

You probably won't see full resolution of her stuff until 2026 (or possibly longer). Why do you expect results in a month?

Even if she was suspended today, that office would still be prosecuting Trump, et al.

You could have stopped there.

The point is there will be NO results.

For you imbeciles to sit here and pretend there is a mere illusion of equality in the law now is high comedy in itself.

This reminds me of, to use an example you just cited, the claim Hunter Biden wouldn't be prosecuted.

You conspiracy theorists continue to take L after L.

I hoped after a few years of constant losses you'd possibly start joining reality again...but here we are.

You sound like a Leftist claiming "institutional racism" is why there are so many black men in jail.

Is that really how you want to argue?

How many of those rotting in the DC gulag without being charged for exercising their 1st Amendment rights on January 6 are NOT MAGA? That’s the difference and of course, you know that but you’re being willfully obtuse.
