I'm calling you a liar, not irrational. You're being rational with your intentional dishonesty.

Who said that?
I never gave my opinion on that issue, as it has no place in this thread.
We're discussing the potential prosecution, not our opinions on the propriety of the potential criminal actions.

OK if you want proof of frickery, this is proof of frickery.
Not only was this a felony, but this was a felony involving (1) dishonesty (2) directly affecting a legal proceeding. He knowingly committed fraud on a court. Typically those are handled severely.
Once again you are a proven liar. It took a few hours but your hubris will always be your downfall

where do you think that MSM narrative came from?
what are you even arguing here?
who exactly are you arguing in support of?

Ah yes, the triple “wut” defense. Classic move when your argument’s collapsing but you still want to look smug.
And now you’re calling me “rational but intentionally dishonest”? That’s rich coming from the guy who’s spent the entire thread rationalizing corruption while pretending he’s the truth teller.
You’re not exposing dishonesty. You’re embodying it. Need to tighten up, Counselor

I dont believe any serious person is really arguing for treason charges on BHO. there would need to be another political entity or country for that. maybe if they could prove he was working on behalf of muslim brotherhood or something
the conspirators on the other hand are in open hunting season

Right! no serious person is calling for treason charges against Obama because treason means working for a foreign enemy. That’s not the issue.
The real villains are Brennan, Clapper, and their gang openly abusing their power and fabricating intel. They’re in open hunting season, and Slowflopro’s blatant ignoring of that fact is either willful blindness or convenient deflection.
Trying to make this about some wild treason fantasy is just a cowardly dodge to protect the actual criminals.

No. I'm giving you a preview of what's going to happen

At the absolute very least, Brennan will be prosecuted for lying to Congress in 2023. Mueller set precedent on that. Good job Brennan, ya dipshit piece of filth.
However, that's the least of his problems.

I think it may be a mistake to under estimate what they may have in evidence
this has been building for a long time
so predictions may be premature
but who knows?

Theoretically possible
I'm speaking of Russiagate alone.
I've said many times that subsequent malfeasance or perjury stuff could theoretically be prosecuted and isn't what I'm talking about

Ah right, the three “wuts” were just your calm, collected way of denying that you’re emotional, unraveling, and shouting. Totally normal reaction, Counselor. Most level-headed analysts respond to pressure by repeating “wut” with increasing panic.
You can deny it all you want, but the emojis, sarcasm, and random “lol liar” claims scream exactly what you’re trying to hide…you lost the argument and started flailing.
Say “naw” again, maybe the fourth time will make it true.

Ah, so now you’re not ignoring the abuse, you’re just predicting that no one will be held accountable. How noble of you, Counselor Nostradamus.

Its going to take an email saying we are fabricating x for y, basically. Like laying out the intent in objective form.
Otherwise they can hide behind the subjectivity and opinion involved
And this is all without getting into the SOL and immunity issues

Correct. Durham never had the same level of clearance that the ODNI or President has.
