But that work wasn't criminal or part of a criminal conspiracy, which hurts the potential criminal charges related to prior acts.
If you don't have RICO that creates a major issue on all sorts of things (like the Florida venue, using anything older than 5 years, etc.)

That's not how the law, specifically limiting laws like SOLs, work.
And the fact that we knew all about this stuff, like normal people, in April of 2019, would negate any of that hopium, regardless.
