When he was working in the WH he of course had twitter access. Common sense prevails when you are canned from any govt job your twitter access is in protocol to be shut down.
This is something a leftist would try to pull. At anytime Bolton could have started a new fresh twitter and verified with a blue check mark his twitter. He seemed to have changed his handle as not being official WH and easily signed back in: to retain his followers to sell a book.
Someone wants to sell a book is even what some MSM were reporting earlier. There is nothing he could say that hasn't been said.
