I cannot produce anything in my palm like that regardless of the pressure I put one the fist clinch.

IV's typically don't go in that exact location in the wrist/forearm (i've placed probably 3000+ iv's) but it most certainly could have been an IV port with an extender going into the top of the forearm.

Yep. Been a long arse time since I've seen a presidential debate where the Democrat candidate doesn't cheat.
In 2016, hillbitch received the questions in advance...and it was the moderator + hillbitch vs trump.
This time it was the moderator + the guy who was telling Biden what to say vs trump.

IDK, but I do know people with diabetes can wear an injection device to receive insulin whenever they need it.
Could be a mix between that and some next level shady tech.

Insulin pumps look like a old school pagers, and are worn at the waist with a then plastic tube going to a needle inserted in the stomach area.

Correct. Which is why I also said "Could be a mix between that and some next level shady tech." Meaning he could have been receiving pumps of whatever cognitive drug to keep him awake via that device and get other advantages from it as well.
