This seems like the most likely situation. What other former president totally drops out of the news and drops out of the public eye....only to reappear in a random social media post every four months.
The MSM doesn't even provide any updates on his cancer recovery or daily life.
You would think if a former president beat cancer, they would at least send a camera crew and be like: Look at your boy....still fighting the battle in the town of Cornpop, Delaware.
