Real feminists are often times very good people. The entire feminist movement has been hijacked by the radical left, just like everything else has.Good for Rowling. I've always thought she was a fantastic author. I started watching those movies and reading those books with my kids when they were young. It was amazing to me to see how much she improved as a writer between books 1 and 7. I've always been a big fan.

That line is the kill shot. Rowling could have just ended it there, but I’m glad she went on to explain why she’s speaking out now.

I saw this yesterday. The world needs more of this. These Hollywood assholes live in luxury and are constantly telling us what we should think, etc.

I hate them all at this point, minus James Woods.

Yeah, but unfortunately it's so bad that even telling her that still doesn't give her any idea. Child stars have to be the most out of touch people on planet earth. Absolutely no clue what it's like to go through life as a normal person and there is no way for them even to learn what it's like short of taking all of their money away from them and forcing them to live on the streets and fend for themselves.

JK nailed it. Radcliffe and Watson are ungrateful pieces of shite.

There are a few others that seem to be genuinely good people, but they're so few and far between its still fair to say that literally all of Hollywood sucks. A cancer on this planet.

I won't lose sleep over Rowling wallowing in her own mess, but I do appreciate a good bitch slap.

Thats the real dagger. When you are so rich and famous that nothing materially you want is off the table for you...id imagine that the things money cant buy is what matters most to you. For a movie star, its admiration, affirmation, your reputation and most of all your ego. Rowling just obliterated it

Isn't this called the Dunning-Kruger Effect: You're too stupid to know you're stupid?

The irony is that the case JK makes against Emma not understanding the plight of impoverished girls dealing with trannys because Emma got rich at a young age can be made against her in her support of mass immigration that she supports

What you call irony others call misquoting a quote in the attempt to make a very questionable point.

As children's books go Rowling's Potter-verse is a lot closer to the Hardy Boys than Tolkien's Middle-Earth or Lewis' Narnia. If you really want to see the dumbing down of modern kids read Forester's Hornblower saga and then Potter and reflect on the fact that they were written for the same age group.
