Good. frick Twitter and their bullshite
They take a zero tolerance stance on conservative views but turn a blind eye to the rampant bullying and harassment that is being encouraged on their platform 24/7

These cowards won’t do a thing, a sternly worded letter means jack shite.

A strongly worded letter. The most useless thing in DC

The useless posturing means nothing if they don’t intend of doing anything. It’s a waste of time.

You actually expect anything at all to come out of this? I would not be surprised if Dorsey ignores this and forces Jordan to ask Naddler to subpoena him, which he will not let happen.
Absolutely nothing of value is going to come out of a House committee. Especially when it comes to the act of silencing conservative voices.

This looks like a PR campaign for Parler disguised as a strongly worded letter to twitter on behalf of the US Representatives.
You know, if a person looks at it objectively. Is Parler Twitter’s only competitor? I would think not.

Maybe so.
What other options are there to start applying pressure for the equal treatment of conservatives and conservative views?
I think they may have overstepped greatly by going after Trump. Guess I am just trying to be optimistic that at some point they will be held accountable for their interference.

Probably a free couple of hundred thousand in advertising for Parler.

Hope I’m wrong, but isn’t this stuff like a feather in the hat for Twitter?

I get the letter for Twitter. The one for Parler is a bit over the top, especially in light of their CEOs comments about what you would say on the street or on national television.
Not intended to be, but could be embarrassing for the Parler guy if he’s questioned about it
But no problem with the Committee gathering info on Twitter.
There will be changes to Section 230 of the CDA within 2 years. Social media has outgrown what 230 was intended to encompass.

Social media has been perverted to oppress certain people and is being protected by 230A. This will not continue much longer.

Until they are forced to change their ways I would imagine that Jack and crew would consider it a new feather given that they have targeted the right with impunity.

That second letter, and any press about the related hearing, are essentially paid advertising for Parler. I wonder what the campaign contribution was.

Hello all. It seems that Twitter has restricted my account and has provided no explanation so far as to why. I'm trying to regain access, so far with little success. Stay tuned. -James Lindsay (
