She is just proving she is a bag of hot air who does not understand what she reports.

Obviously she believes pleading the 5th is an admission of guilt or some violation of public service. I guess she also believes our justice system should be guilty until you prove your innocents, which for some it is.

In some situations the person pleading the 5th may be guilty of a crime, but in some situations it done to not become a victim of create-a-crime prosecutors.
