All schools that are majority African American should be given names that make it obvious to even the most obtuse the nature of the school. They can go MLK #27 if they run out of "heroes".
I doubt JEB Stuart would want a failing school with a 95% AA population named after him.

This would really help when looking at homes on Zillow and such.... "Red Farm Elementary" does not tell me what I need to know.
