This is an a-hole who wrote off for the state to spend (brace yourselves for this) BILLIONS on "restoring" salmon runs in rivers and streams on building new culverts... no seriously... That's what this whack job allowed to waste so much money on putting down pipes under roads. BILLIONS! LINK
