I may be wrong, but I don't think she's quite as stupid as she appears to be. She's just playing down to the stupidity level of her constituents.

I think I understand what you mean by your statement. The answer to your question is, the world is full of mid double digit IQ people especially Democrats. Most people couldn't sniff a three digit IQ. They have no idea what is happening most of the time. NPC's
