Remember when Comey said Hilldawg should not be prosecuted for mishandling SAP/classified documents on a personal email server because there was no intent, after previously rambling for 15-20 mins on why she should be prosecuted? We all muttered a collective WTF! It was also at that point in time we knew this 2016 election was going to be like no other....., a highly politicized Obammy infested FBI/DOJ was out to protect their "bag lady" to ensure that she would be elected POTUS.

So Hilldawg gave us all a great defense/excuse if you're ever facing prosecution..., simply no intent, you didn't mean to do it so why are y'all mad and shite trying to send my azz to the pokey?

But Crapper.., err Clapper may have one up'd Hilldawg with his over the top excuse when he was confronted by Meghan McCain on the View regarding Clapper's lying about the NSA spying on Americans....., Clapper puked out this gem.

Meghan McCain confronted Clapper about a statement he made while testifying before Congress five years ago, when he was asked whether or not the NSA was spying on Americans.

“In 2013 when you were asked about it, you said ‘no,'” McCain said. “So that is a lie.”

“I made a mistake,” Clapper said. “I didn’t lie. I was thinking about something else, another program.

So here's another foolproof way to beat most prosecutors. If you happen to get twisted up like a pretzel during cross examination and contradict yourself you just say the answer that appeared to be a lie was simply you thinking of something else when that alligator shoe wearing prosecutor confused you into lying.

So we have the "HRC no intent" defense and the "Clapper,I was thinking of something else" defense.

There is a caveat to using these two strategies of criminal defense....., you have to be a Swamper in good standing.

Dems apparently believe in the George Costanza defense, “It’s not a lie if you believe it.”

I can't believe this fricking guy was the Director of National Intelligence of the United States. God only knows how bad him and his band of loons fricked this country up.

It's funny but it's also very disconcerting..., we now know without a doubt that we have a two tiered justice system. One for us and one for the D.C. Swamp Skunks.

It’s only a Chewbacca Defense if it works.

I have a feeling Clapper’s going to be getting his prostate checked by a big black guy named Abdullah.

Bill Clinton already used the "misspoke" excuse for lying.
