True. At least it’s spreading awareness about this government abuse. And if anyone thinks it couldn’t happen to them, ask the inmate in the OP if he ever considered this a possibility.

if this is true, those guards and whoever is incharge need to be hanged. that is not legal.

Ok I saw my friend who is a state prosecutor tonight. I asked him if extended pretrial detention is ever a defense strategy.

He said “I never say never but NEVER. That is never a defense strategy.” He’s being doing this work for decades.

If he hasn’t been convicted yet, he’s in jail, not prison. And people are allowed to communicate with other people while they are incarcerated.
