I'm fairly certain that for over a decade both SFP and 4cubbies have decried our criminal justice system. Me, not so much. But I have only said that I believe this guy is exaggerating his prison conditions in order to be a martyr for the cause.

The intent is to ensure the rest of us stay in line. They break the rules, and then innocent people who call it out get punished. See how they're treating Trump and those around him. Do not bend the knee.
You’re exactly right.
They want to crush dissent. But based on the protestors who just occupied the Capital over Gaza, they only want to crush “certain” dissent.

Not me. I just started learning about how corrupt the penal system is about 2 years ago.

Yeah I posted the appellate decision on his motion to be released on page 2-3.
Thanks. I’ll read it. That is the part of the story that struck me as strange.

You’re assuming the worst about the defendants, accusing them of knowingly foregoing a speedy trial for unethical reasons.

Neither one of us knows for sure what’s going on in every circumstance

It’s PRE-TRIAL detention. They haven’t been convicted of their charges. It’s really concerning that you don’t have a problem with the government holding people perpetually without a trial or conviction.

You’re implying you’re not bothered by it by spending so much time defending people being held in pre-trial detention for years without a trial.

the DA at the time was the one who said it was the public defender’s fault for not filing a motion for a speedy trial.

and are not necessarily kept there by a corrupt system.

Always crisis actors with you. Doesn't look good for your side? "CRISIS ACTORS, FEDS!" You need therapy.
well considering that over 90% of the video I have examined of that day was produced by self-acknowledged antifa sources I would say I have a safe bet.
YOU? apparently, a big fan of the Smith Mundt changes of 2012 allowing misinformation campaigns and the obama biden regime propagandizing and running dark operations and frame jobs.
Now that I think of it - why dont you just go to hell, you piece of traitorous schidt

frick the US Government to hell.

I only know one public defender and he’s at the state level. I’ll have to ask him about this next time I see him.
I know a few people at the DA’s office and they don’t inspire much confidence.
I’m not saying it’s deliberate malpractice. I think things fall through the cracks when a professional’s workload is overwhelming.
