We have a right not to be governed by dual citizens and corporations.
How are you governed by corporations?

I'm pretty sure we've had written modifications over the past 240 years. They are called Amendments.
We’ve also had non-written ones called “the living document”. Or what I like to call, whatever I subjectively feel it should be.

In considering the application/purpose/intent of an amendment, the only things that should matter are:
1) The historical context of when the amendment was passed/ratified (e.g., what constitutes "cruel and unusual" punishment in 1791 is very fricking different than now)
2) The debates related to the passing of the Amendment in Congress (including what changes were proposed and rejected [see curremt "birthright citizenship" issue])
3) The state-level ratification debates.
That's it.
That's all.
The Constitution provides only one mechanism for Amendment. Passage of time and changes in mores are NOT one of those mechanisms.

Writing bills doesn’t matter; who passes them into law does.
I can write a hundred bills this week. It’s would irrelevant until the elected Congress passes them.

I'll say again. A Constitutional Convention would end America as we have known it.

As long as honest and thoughtful men will be doing the sorting I see no flaw to this system.
That’s racist against people who are not white or Japanese.
