I was against it at the time. I don't smoke anymore and I still think the market would have handled it.
But I don't think about it much these days because it's not changing. You can still find some bars where smoking is allowed in Texas.

Anyone still smoking in this day and age is a fricking retard. The shite is disgusting and it harms and kills other people rather than just the smoker. I grew up with parents that chain smoked in the house and car etc. it was the fricking worst.

No I suppose not. Barring a shift from President Trumps efforts to rein some of it in..we are at risk of being completely subjugated. But I’m certain unbridled liberty would not come with bridled self control and bring about a bit of a “Wild West” society. Most people will never go along with that.
