That's why I said the rules have changed and they don't realize it yet. Trump calling out CNN on national TV was a masterstroke. Right now CNN is spending more time trying to defend their fake news than they are actually reporting. The story is CNN, not Trump or the report or even what was in the report.

I find CNN's story to be responsible. Buzzfeed's dump was questionable. But people are acting like they both did the same thing because Trumpkins lump everything that isn't Breitbart or some crappy Facebook group in as a monolithic "MSM"

What was reported is clearly not fake - in fact, quite the opposite appears true. That does not mean CNN is beyond criticism for the story. You guys are struggling to make a valid point because it would require an acknowledgement that most Trump supporters are hypocritical on what information they want disclosed to the public.

We are referring to reporting on the briefing (confirmed to be true), not contents of the dossier (unknown).

There was no briefing that included Russian ties, nor salacious material. The IC stated that fact to NBC, and said, "Period", the end

I have an app on my phone that I can set to the match the IR command set for any TV. The hotel I was staying in out in Vegas had CNN on every TV in the conference center, bar and restaurant. I used my phone and changed all of them to Fox Business.

Again, there was no briefing that included the dossier. The briefing was on Fri, Trump said he learned of it the night before his news conf
Clappers statement said, they made no judgements that the dossier was true, AND DID NOT USE the info as source material
