Rep. Luis Gutierrez offers support for border wall in exchange for protecting 'Dreamers'

“I think it will be a monumental waste of taxpayers money to build a monument to stupidity,” Gutierrez told CNN’s Brooke Baldwin on Saturday.
“But if that’s what it’s going to take to take 800,000 young men and women and give them a chance to live freely and openly in America, then I will roll up my sleeves. And I will go down there with bricks and mortar and begin the wall,” he continued.

A million new voters spread in a few key states especially Florida would cement a democrat president forever, they could get rid of any wall with that power. Communists always play the long game if need be.

With a wall there won’t be a large group of “dreamers” to have a battle over down the line.
Make no mistake that doesn’t mean no immigration. Just immigration as decided on by the American People. I’m sure it will fluctuate by administration

Chain migration>border wall, although improvements in walls in certain places would make sense. The only trade off should be an end to chain migration. I wish i could include anchor babies but that won't happen.
