Honestly, Biden being at a backyard bbq is probably the best place for him to be right now. The amount of damage he can cause is somewhat limited there.

Considering that Hezbollah is threatening to open an additional front if they set foot in Gaza, it is reasonable to think that they not only have an additional front there but possibly more through Syria as well.
I don’t see Egypt or Jordan getting involved simply because they aren’t hostile to Israel, but I could see Iran, Iraq, and most other non-Saudi aligned Muslim nations throwing in.
