He seems to have pivoted more to domestic policy and foreign policy in our hemisphere that actually benefits the U.S. which is America first.
And his economic policies are starting to show positive results. The problem with fixing the economy is it’s never instant, investment and growth take time and voters are impatient as frick. Honestly I wish presidential terms were 6 years first term 3 years 2nd term with midterms every 3 years. Our current system is you get one year to enact radical changes then the cycle goes through short term pain then you see the results. But before positive results are realized it’s midterm election season, your allies abandon you out of fear of losing a seat because your policies have yet to realize positive results and your opposition hammers you. So your party loses power in Congress and the next two years are wasted as everything you try to accomplish is blocked
