If conception has taken place which you wouldn't know that early on, then the pill is ending a life. Not sure how you would prove that conception had occurred.

From a legal standpoint, I'd guess no because until the egg attaches to the uterus, there's no chance for its success. Imo, once the egg attaches, it's full speed ahead!
