Somehow you believe this array of questions are "GOTCHA"s??
You don't quite understand the limits of the human sight; How about an understanding of atmospheric distortion through haze and air? (Once THOSE usual obstructions and masking were greatly reduced by infrared and polarizing lens filtering via ZOOM, the extent of sight for hundreds of miles was possible and amazing).
Also dismissed or un-considered:
The concept of the points of convergence and what eventually become a single vanishing point of perspective (down long hotel hallways or railroad track).
Are the objects disappearing? OR, has human eyesight limits?

Did you get the bad news on souvenirs? The "Moon Rock" the Danish received from NASA was merely "petrified wood".
Oh...also in case you hadn't received this memo either; somehow, some way, NASA "lost" ALL of its supposed landings/tech "telemetry" for getting TO the Moon. And now they admit the furthest" they can go is "Low Earth Orbit."
So in 50 years, NASA is claiming they have gone BACKWARDS. Doesn't sound very credible to quite a few folks.

Data transfer by and large exists via high speed capacity physical lines.
Most people know this.
Satellite is not a high speed option nor is it designed to be. It's used in situations where days can be latent and lossy.
The higher the frequency the more lossy and shorter range the transmission will be.
This is all basic stuff, you weren't blown the lid off of anything.

I mentioned the moon landing tongue in cheek because i thought the OP was already well known. It wasnt until I read more of the thread that I realized mentioning the moon landing was actually on-topic for the thread.
