The sheer amount of people who would have to be directly involved in covering this up discredits something like this from the jump.
May her condition possibly be worse than what is being announced publicly? Sure. May there be some political motivation to that? Absolutely. But suggesting that she is dead or that "they" are covering up the fact that she is in a coma at an undisclosed location is pure fan fiction.

I don't believe "they" can practically keep her in a medically induced coma for more than a month.
And "they" need to keep her alive for 12-18 months? Wow!
