Is Michigan the only state U can’t get a haircut ?

I’ve read cruella De Vil will not allow haircuts possibly until 4th of July which would be a 4 month or so ban. I’m sure she is allowing boob jobs to proceed
The bigger question is how can she have favorable polls ratings ? I don’t believe polls

I think I heard on the radio yesterday Big Gretch is easing up on restaurants later this week, but barber shops and salons are still on lockdown.

You can't in New Jersey either. There's a chance they won't be open until June 26th. The whole thing is absurd in light of the size of the protests we've been having here- which admittedly have been much smaller and generally featured less looting than neighboring states- where thousands of people were packed together.
At a press conference the governor literally said that he allows those because the issue is important but doesn't allow anti-lock down protests because he thinks that issue is not worth protesting. In NJ your right to assemble now varies based on your political ideology.

I don't think we can here in Oregon yet either. i am digging my long hair and my hair guy is evidently a genius b/c 3 months later it still looks damn good with only some minor trimming of my neckline and sideburns.

USVI Dept. of Health website has 2 listed positive Covid-19 cases, one on St. Thomas and another on St. Croix. Both tested as positive on 5/7/20, nearly 4 weeks ago. I think they are afraid to go to zero.
A the hospital I work we are still required to wear masks, drive through a check point, and get our temperature before coming in. No visitors for patients.
