Yep - until he and his butt buddy Mueller confess that Flynn was the victim of a planned perjury trap, negate his 'guilty plea,' and make him whole financially, from their own estates, issue an apology to the nation and to Trump, and close out the Trump Inquisition, aka 'Russian collusion investigation," then screw them all - throw the book at them, inflict the max jail time for each and every instance of their crimes.

The funny thing about Flynn is, the two FBI interviewers, including Strozk, apparantly claimed that Flynn did not lie to them.
Comey also testified under oath that Flynn did not mislead.
Then Mueller charges him with lying months later.

Strzok and Comey both said that they thought Flynn hadn't lied. Only three ways this went down:
A) McCabe caused 302's to be changed thus setting the trap for Flynn
B) Andrew Weissmann did his typical misconduct thing
C) Both

It is an administrative investigation. You have zero rights, so the punishment is termination not jail.

His action was committed in an administrative investigation. So the penalty may be differ than during a criminal investigation.
This was similiar to what happened at US Attorney office in New Orleans except they had met the retirement requirements.

Well let’s see.....
The actual FBI agents that Flynn supposedly lied to said he didn’t lie.
The FBI and Obama’s appointed IG said McCabe, leaked AND lied-perjured.
So is that right? You bet your sweet arse it is!
