They take the fun out of it.

Anyways....it makes me happy that Les is an Independent, like me.

Eta: my mother is a far right wing conservative. During the last election, I told her that I was calling the police if she didn't stop telling me who to vote for. It was voter intimidation.

Although I am a conservative.

Makes sense, someone incapable of making babies belonging to a Party in favor of killing babies.

I'm the rebel.

My dad and youngest brother are union - democrat (although they are really very conservative, they just vote blind Dem)
My middle brother is gay - democrat.

I registered as independent to piss my mom off. I actually listen to both sides before I vote. I have voted dem in 2 local elections, but it's been a while. I voted for Kip (our Mayor). I'm a conservative, not by teachings, but by beliefs. I respect dem's opinions though. As long as they can discuss a topic with logic and not name calling.

Sadly this happens all to often, it is shameful behavior and shouldn't be tolerated. I had a female Gump and her Browbeaten husband give me so much hell in a wing place in Laplace one night that management had to throw them out. I had an LSU hoodie on

It's sad.

And our young fans do it too. I can't act like its one sided.

Idgaf what your fan affiliation is, a grown arse man has no business screaming in a female's face. I knew we weren't going to win that game. I went to have fun. Other than the group that I was with, it was a terrible experience.

And an LSU girl walking around with a Gump guy really pissed the Gumpettes off. The fact that he is actually an Alabama grad was even better. He just kept saying "ignore the 85%". His friends were great though. Lots of good ribbing, which I can take. It's the sidewalk trash (which we have lots of as well) is what made it bad.

Eta: I just sent him a text and told him about this thread. My phone deleted almost all of my numbers and apps when it crashed the other night. I still have his though.

You are correct, gumps don't have a monopoly on bad behavior they just seem to be better at it than others,

True.

I have to say that the group that I was with were awesome. They're all either graduated and in grad school or law school now. They're not immature kids.

Those bastards say Roll Tide for everything though. And I mean everything. It's odd.

I guess I'm a Rantard as well because I'll never forgive les for 1/9. He knows he fricked up bad that night and I don't think he ever took responsibility or even explained what the hell went down.

I really don't give a shite about the political leanings of professional sports figures. Don't see why it matters to some, tbh.

It wasn't just Les, so you might as well get over it. The loss still stings but there is plenty of blame to go around.
