I think both countries are fricked in the head so I don’t take either side on this, but Israel have always been the aggressors in that relationship. Hamas just takes their retaliation too far and ends up just as bad. Thats why I typically just stay out if even talking about it with people.

You do realize that the Israelis are also raping and torturing prisoners? They even held "right to rape" rallies in support of Israeli soldiers who were being investigated for raping prisoners.
One of the biggest fears for the Israeli hostages was being killed by the IDF. And the IDF did actually shoot some of their own hostages.

I have a different outlook after watching these scrub humans walk away from what would have given them a nation. Then go on to play terrorism as a way of life.
