I still think it is Eric Ciaramella. He's an Obama holdover that worked the Ukraine desk for the NSC. He resigned his post in 2017 and returned to the CIA after he was suspected of leaking the details of Trumps meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
