Biden’s comment stands alone. It was a gaff.
If the joke hadn’t happened and Biden made the garbage comment- it makes the news. It’s akin to Hillary calling us “deplorables”

Whatever. I think he means it too but for him to say it a week before the election is just dumb but that’s to be expected from Biden. It’s part of the reason it really didn’t bother me one bit.
