I think shite could get pretty bad in places that have yet to be touched by rioting, regardless of whether there is a declared winner. There are a lot of jackasses out there just looking for a reason to destroy and steal shite.

No - I live in a very boring neighborhood. 3 cops came one time to wrangle up a dog that had gotten out of their backyard.
