Oh stop it. They have one of the largest nuclear programs in the world and Iran’s ruling regime is held together with cardboard-literally.

The Iranian people who have long been oppressed and murdered in the streets have now begun assassinating their oppressors in the streets. And with them soon being able to pinpoint the holes that the IRGC crawls into and communicate to those A-10 Warthogs and Apaches flying overhead what is left of the Regime won't last a month.
Now that does not mean that the Shiite Jihadist version of Islam goes away, but that its humiliated, terrorist remnants become even more rabidly vengeful. I expect they will continue their fanatical and Allah-inspired crusade via terrorism as opposed to a formal State sponsored strategy.
We had damn well better be on our intel game and securing our water, food, energy, cyber, large public events and entertainment venues for a coming wave of payback. We are low-hanging fruit that to Biden/Dem's open Border importation of voters, many of the which are skilled insurgent warriors.
We are in it for keeps now. Guaranteed dogfight, win or lose. I expect that we will all 'lose'. And it will be Jesus that pulls us out of our own death spiral, albeit Muhammad's folk bring the "12 Imam" scenarios which set the stage for the Return. As prophesied.

And you guys can make fun of MacGregor on Russia/Ukraine, but has Russia run out of missiles yet like they were supposed to three years ago? I would call these people realists. And that's not even counting journalists like Greenwald, Aaron Mate, Mike Tracey, etc. or the Tuckers/Dave Smiths of the world on the right/libertarian who hate this conflict.

With a full invasion we could be lucky to create another Iraq situation (total sectarian chaos for 10+ years), but it would likely be an Afghanistan (where the Taliban held out and were not replaced)
So in that Iraq scenario, after a full scale invasion we could theoretically topple the regime, but in that scenario it's not clear if that goal was wise.

Mornin', SF. Being that the IRGC has murdered an estimated tens of thousands since the first attack on their nuclear sites, and God only knows how many since their authoritarian regime took power, it's no stretch to imagine that the desire for vengeance runs deep in the Persians.
