Iran does not pose a threat to us

Even if they did, we have missile defense systems in virtually every country surrounding Iran. Going to war with them would be foolish and it would be in direct contradiction to everything history has taught us. We’ve been threatening their sovereignty for at least five decades by installing brutal dictators and interfering in their government, suppressing their people, and crippling their country’s economy. These neocons like John Bolton need to go take a hike before they start another quagmire in the Middle East.

Sounds good but I don't think you are right. One downvote.

The American people and Trump are in no mood to put boots on the ground in Iran.

If we decide we’re so ready to start a war with Iran, I just pray we do it the constitutional way this time and ask Congress for a declaration of war.

If you think Iran could possibly attack us, I’ve got some WMDs to sell you in Baghdad.

I think they'd have to fawk us up before we did anything. If they do nothing, we do nothing.

Would you sell the twin towers? Oh, and why not?

They are continually threatening ours with their state sponsoring of terrorism.

This is abjectly false, however the threat they pose is not worth another war in the ME

Ummm... haven’t they been attacking us for decades through proxy actors? Iran has been exporting terror since the muslims took over, pretty much. No?

None of the hijackers were from Iran. 15 were Saudi, one was Egyptian, one was Lebenese, and two were Emirati. What's the difference between the U.S. relationship to those countries and Iran?
Osama (also a fricking Saudi) cooperated with the United States more than he ever did with Iran throughout his life.
So what exactly is your train of thought?

The President can declare war with full authority for a short period before he has to go to Congress for approval. This is what Bush did and it was absolutely within the confines of our laws when he did it.

CSB: after the 1979 Iranian revolution, the Shah of Iran’s sister who was exiled stayed at my grandparents house for a few months.
Never have gotten the story of how that came to be from my grandfather. But he was involved in a lot of interesting shite I think back in the day.

Why were the Twin Towers attacked? Do you honestly think it’s because we’re “rich and free” like we were led to believe?

Yeah, because proxies don't apply to the superpowers of the west.

There's that emotional projection that the neocons make fun of leftist snowflakes for.

Innuendo, the other white meat. Have we been attacking and killing Iranians through proxies or otherwise? Do tell.
