I'm fully vacinated and was able to travel internationally with my card. Even though the CDC has modified the rules, I still have to get a Covid test to re enter the US.

Friday I heard an interview with a WSJ travel writer. He said the big spot is Croatia. They have no restrictions so Americans who just want to travel are going there so much the US airlines are creating direct routes that did not exist.

The US does not require a test to reenter, it's the airlines that require that to board their airline. Just returned from southeast Asia 3 days ago.

Went in '07. Spent three days in a villa on Brac Island and then to Dubrovnik. Took a day trip to Mostar which is in Bosnia and Herzogovina. Very nice. Cheaper than the traditional European locations (London, Paris, Rome). Also recommend Slovenia. Bled, Slovenia is the most beautiful place I've ever visited.

Should have entered through the Rio Grande. I hear you get a free plane ticket to certain US cities. You have to go in the middle of the night but, I hear the accommodations aren't that bad.
