The funny part about all of this is they currently have no fricking clue who their nominee will be for 28. There simply is no single person in the Democratic Party leading the charge.
As I type this, I ask myself what are they charging towards. What is their platform today? What idea do they have that will make the lives of Americans better? OMB is not going to get votes today, next week, or in 2028. The staggering amount of fraud already uncovered by the Trump administration is not something to stand your ground on. They all knew what was occurring, they were all in on the take, they give zero fricks what happens to the working middle class of the United States of America.

Makes me wonder why she made it to the top of the heap as a VP choice. I get it that she checked the boxes (gender, etc.), but it seems like they would have been building up other options under the circumstances.

Biden owed Clyburn for delivering the South Carolina primary, which propelled him to the nomination.
Clyburn wanted a black female VP, IIRC, and Kamala was about the only one available.
If they were going for electability, it would have been Amy Klobochar from Minnesota from the choices that were leaked.

The Dems want these candidates to have a full term. To do as much damage as possible, and fulfil the DNC agenda.
They also want to hold these candidates back from the presidency until after Trump is out of office. The DNC knew Trump would a very hard fight for them, so they're saving their faves for an easier fight.

Yep, they never did... but here came 'It's her turn 2.0', and they didn't want to upset the 'fatigue' cart... it's been threatening to leave the plantation property for some time.
