Look how great housing affordability was at end of Trump 45 and look what Pedo Joe did once he was installed:

Look at Trump first term vs Pedo Joe 4 years

Were there any intervening crises that may have affected things?

What about the excess trillions printed in mid-late 2020? Would they have any affect on CPI moving into 2021?

Look, I could write a book reply but you will never admit anything because of your brain lock. But 20 was an election year and everyone was sitting at home with uncertainty. All Pols on both sides needed to do something and Trump was not gonna be able to fight it with elections coming.

It was all the crap done after Pedo Joe got installed that fricked us.

2.8 % inflation sucks buckets, especially after a long inflationary cycle.

At this rate inflation will be 1.6% by the end of trumps first year.

Not saying you are wrong, but that Covid package was pretty detrimental to us. D led Congress, but Trump did sign it. I also agree he had no choice, he wouldn't have a chance in 2020 if he didn't, hell probably wouldn't even be running in 2024 if he didn't. Politicians force you out of work for that long, I get it; people need money. People just shouldn't have ever been forced out of work. "We're from the government, and we're here to help."

The projection was 2.9%

A 0.1% drop from January.

We got a 0.2% drop.

I’ll post it again since you are hard of reading. After that pork bill that everyone signed off on it did spike. But then it went down by early/mid 21. Look at the chart. Then Pedo Joe and his band of thieves went hog wild and more pork which spiked it again starting in mid 21.

Again, look at what Trump did his whole term prior. He had the economy in a great sweet spot with affordability and low inflation.
