You more than likely have consumed them for years.
They produce 45%-50% of the generic drug market in the U.S. and over 50% of the API market. API’s think of the active ingredient in a pharmaceutical drug, like acetaminophen in aspirin or pain relief drugs.

But seriously, the few aftermarket car parts I've bought that say "Made in India" are so poorly made. It's gotten to the point that if I see "Made in India", I just don't buy it. A chimpanzee could make better welds on some suspension parts I've received
. If y'all think Chinese products are awful, just wait until you're inundated with low quality Indian vehicle parts.

India is happy to do zero on cars and pharma because they sell lots of Land Rovers and generic drugs to the US.
