The link was a bad example for the argument he (and you) were trying to make.

Yes. That is completely unrelated to the incident at the church where a permit wasn't applied for/granted.
its remarkable that somehow in your head you think why he had to perform at the church is unrelated. The myopia is staggering. I mean cmon we both know you don't believe that you are just doing your thing. Enjoy your Sunday fighting the good fight

Since it is Sunday, you should go from church to church to see if anyone is singing.

If they are, you should call the cops to see if they have a permit.

If they don’t…

That's not relevant to the permit issue.

It's relevant to the other story, though.

That's the problem. Had this discussion been framed around the revocation of permits, then you could do the "Christians are being persecuted" angle y'al so want to. The problem was OP picked the wrong example.

As I already explained, me keeping this on topic is frustrating the people who want to expand it to unrelated, irrelevant incidents because that's where they want to go in order to make the arguments they want to.

*ETA: had this same topic been made properly with the other stories, I wouldn't have even commented.

Why? That's not relevant to the discussion at hand.

But you keep trying to change the facts to fit your argument. It's always funny.

So it’s not you, it’s someone else’s fault that all you do is cherry pick what you want to be relevant?

God is real
Jesus is real
Satan is real
Evil is real
The Truth is the Truth

It does not matter how hard you try to convince yourself otherwise. The Truth simply is.

We are and always have been engaged in a spiritual battle. When we let society as a whole dip into the evil side of humanity it becomes a festering cancer which spreads and consumes.

I do not. I just understand the bigger picture and where people try to dishonestly move conversations and they get frustrated when I see that and stop it. The real question is if they do this because they're just bad at rhetoric or being intentionally dishonest, but that's for another thread.

We have plenty of people being overtly dishonest trying to create their own facts with the relevant discussion to analyze.

It’s called logic.

Church service is an event.

Singing can take place at one.

Old boy sang at church (in a city on his concert tour no less - egads!). Then again, according to you, he is just a lying Christian orchestrating a ruse to circumvent the law. And that’s the gospel according to SFP, who doesn’t lie.

An event needs a permit.

If a permit is not in hand, (according to you) the popo should shut it down

Sooooo…logically, if there is singing at any churches today in your area, you should call the cops to…

Supposedly this is already happening with the diddy’s and the pizzagate’s (conspiracy theories that aren’t) but they don’t get permits, they just do it. No police raids or antifa protests.
