Between deportations, low birth rates and Boomers starting to die off rapidly we could see net population reductions in the millions in the next decade.

It will have devastating effects on the economy unfortunately as products become less in demand and labor becomes scarce.

Once we get the vast majority of the illegals out, then we can update the legal immigration system to allow for people who can provide much for the country where it is needed and who will appreciate being American citizens, instead of leaches.

Good. More people is not always better despite what the Yankee “experts” say.

We've had no major wars is decades and modern healthcare is keeping more people alive and for a longer period of time.

I think those two realities make it hard to compare modern population to the historic record. We aren't killing as many people as we used to, and we've gotten pretty good at treating and curing disease.

Welfare, etc., barely move the needle. SS and Medicare are the Big Two. And in about 30 years at the current trajectory, we will not be able to fund them with the declining population.

No shite Sherlock. So cut it off and stop funding it with an ever increasing share of my tax dollars. Liberal dooshnugget.
