Impeachment Stuff

Let me start off by saying that Hunter Biden being on a Board with no experience is rather odd. I have no proof, but I would imagine that the company would have him in hopes of getting VP Biden support. That is very sketchy, but it happens more than people realize.
College will give a scholarship to a lesser talented sibling in hopes of landing the the superior sibling a year or two years later.
With that being said, nothing Biden done was illegal, so the talk about Biden is misleading especially when Bush administration officials and other UN officials recommended the ouster of the Ukraine Prosecutor.
Now, Just like when unarmed black males are shot or muscled around by police, the consensus is, if you don't have anything to hide, you wouldn't run or lie to the police. So, I have a hard time understanding why Republicans are complaining that all the people who testified didn't have first hand knowledge, while knowing that the WH wouldn't allow hose with first hand knowledge to testify.
So in this Trump Impeachment Stuff, The Democrats actually have followed the process that the Republicans put in place in 2015. Then they complain and say the Democrats are not following the rules from the previous impeachment rules...Those people were following the rules that was established on the books.
I also find it strange that Trump would lie and say he doesn't know Parnas, but that guy seemed to have found his way into Trump's intimate circle (Ivanka, His sons, and the Pences). Parnas has a recording where he is telling Trump about the ambassador and Trump says to get rid of her.....That's pretty odd for someone to take that kind of advice from someone they don't know as fact and then suggest her ouster.
I don't care much for either party, but I do find it odd that senators who strongly believe one way during the Clinton impeachment no longer believe things should be done the same way anymore.
Also, it appears those who are speaking out against the articles of impeachment and the testimonies have not actually read the transcript of any of the testimonies.
Trump was smart to get TV lawyers to represent him. They are entertainers and they are throwing in conspiracy theories and other things that would otherwise be entertainment folly.
Whether you are for Trump or not, I do believe that having Rudy and other stool pigeons running around the globe without a security clearance in a other countries is not intelligent diplomacy.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out!

Because they didn't have first hand knowledge.
You've obviously haven't kept up with this saga

Introducing Biden to the Senate proceedings is definitely a diversion from the charges (I’m not saying that is bad), but it guarantees this goes on for weeks more.

So exactly what does that mean? Your school has very little impact on your political view.

Please show me where the vote to give Impeachment authority to a committee was held.

The point is, if they actually cared about first hand knowledge they would requests the people the WH blocked from testifying!.....
Damn, I thought you were a little smarter than that buddy!

Maybe the Democrats should have gone through the legal channels to call their witnesses instead of power pushing the articles of impeachment through in a rush.

How does Parnas have that recording?

“Biden was suspiciously corrupt, so Trump was justified in asking a foreign government to announce an investigation into his political rival”
Interesting defense. Next up, Ernest Goes to the Senate.

No idea what House rules on impeachment you think were put into place in 2015, but the House followed ZERO established rules regarding impeachment while the Senate adopted the EXACT SAME rules as were used in the Senate during Bill Clinton's impeachment, with the exception of allowing the President's counsel to object to evidence sent over by the House, since they were not allowed to be present during the House impeachment hearings.

Using taxpayer dollars (1,000,000,000) to bribe a foreign official isn't illegal??
Well it should be, don't you agree??

Republicans are complaining that the Democrats are using private sessions to find facts, but that's what then House Leader John Boehner approved in 2015..

I don’t understand this comment.
The full House voted to give the judiciary committee power to conduct the impeachment inquiry, then the committee forwarded its findings to the full House following a committee vote, then the full House voted to impeach.
