Impeachment of ACB

We all think ACB will be confirmed before the election. Iiiiffff the dims retake the senate how fast do they begin impeachment or a removal process for her?

They will not impeach (primarily because there are no grounds). They'll just pack the court.

They won't. They will expand the Supreme Court from 9 to 13 or more.
Then President Harris will appoint activist, liberal justices and the Democrat controlled Senate will ram them through, just like the Republicans are doing with ACB.

Imo they won't. In the event they win they'll go after Kavanaugh before Barrett. But even then, they won't have grounds.
They're more likely to try and stack the court, or implement term limits to justices, imo.

All talk will fade away about stacking the court if Biden/Harris win and Thomas has to be replaced in the next 4 years.
