If Trump is impeached by the house and senate before the 2020 election, can he run again?
He would win. Would be awesome. So many lib suicides.

Considering removal from office isn’t a criminal verdict, yes.
And he’d get my vote!
And he’d get my vote!

Impeachment doesn't mean a damn thing.
But if he is convicted and removed by the Senate, he is ineligible to run again.

Impeachment won’t even be in the news by next weekend. Watch.

Oh, there will be impeachment discussions. just not the current ones.
I heard on talk radio that various people throughout the democrat party have yelled, "Impeach" 86 times since Trump has taken office.
86 times.

You're impeached in the House, but convicted or in the Senate.

How does this make him ineligible to run again?

Well there would be your third party candidate that many people wish was available.

Because the constitution and shite
If impeached and removed from office the constitution bans you from holding public office

So I looked it up. You wrong.

They also limited the possible punishments that the Senate may impose to “removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States.” But they only required that an impeached and convicted official “be removed from office” – but did not mandate that the person also be disqualified from holding a future office.
Nowhere does the Constitution define the standards for disqualification. Moreover, the Senate has declined to establish a standard.
But, as Ohio State University law professor William Foley points out, Senate procedures require separate votes to convict someone of an impeachable offense and to impose a disqualification penalty.
So even if President Trump were impeached and convicted, there is the possibility that he could be reelected to the same office from which he had been removed.

They're obsessed to the point of delusion. They've gone completely off the reservation.

Ditto on Alcee Hastings. First person who came to mind. He could have been disqualified from holding office in future, but the Senate didn’t so order. Probably because the dude was a civil rights “legend” in South Florida and he’s black (1/2 sorta).
