Imam of Peace going ham on Ilhan Omar

A little background on Imam Mohammad Tawhidi...
He was born in Iran, emigrated to Australia where he still currently lives. He's got several masters degrees in Islamic scholarship between schools in Perth and Iran. And he is probably one of the most well known and highly accredited "Islamic Reformer" advocates that exists today. He has made a lot of strict Islamists upset because he openly advocates that Islam must reform drastically if it wants to survive. And he is very outspoken against Islamic run governments who are anti-Christian and advocate for Sharia Law and use corruption and terrorism to try and spread Islamism.
Anyway, today he did a Periscope where he apparently laid out the details of a situation that he suggests should mean the end of "The Squad".
Imam Tawhidi Periscope link (~32 mins)
or Twitter Link.
Here's the cliff notes:
>> Qatarian government officials and members of the Qatar Royal Family got caught up in a law suit filed in Florida. Not exactly sure what the law suit is about.
>> Some Canadian Liberal Party guy who specializes in ME negotiations and PR, named Alan Bender, who's apparently pals with Trudeau and some Qatar Royal Family members, as well as some officials inside the CAIR organization, was forced to give a deposition in this FLA case.
>> Someone sent a copy of this deposition to Imam Tawhidi, and in the first 80 pages he is named frequently by Bender because he claims Ilhan Omar was asking for assistance from Qatar to shut down and destroy Tawhidi, who has been a constant thorn in the side of Omar, Tlaib, and Sarsour for a couple years now.
>> For some reason, Dinesh D'Souza was also leaked a copy of this deposition. Link to Dinesh confirming this and naming Alan Bender as the source.
>> Imam Tawhidi says this now makes a lot of sense because about a year ago Qatarian, Iranian, Egyptian, and Turkish networks, plus their American affiliates (Al Jazeera, The Intercept, The ME Eye) suddenly began a massive character assassination campaign against Tawhidi. Out of the blue they all began slandering him with lies trying to destroy his reputation. He tweeted a copy of a letter that the Qatar government sent Twitter begging them to suspend Tawhidi. Link to Tweet with letter.
And here is his repose from his attorney.
>> He explains that Bender even testified that Donald Trump Jr. and Jared Kushner were also targeted by Qatar. They tried to spread a false narrative that was supposed to cause DJT Jr. and Kushner to become enemies and go after each other with damning accusations. However, this scheme failed.
>> In this deposition, Bender explains how Qatar's Chief Foreign Minister, among others, informed him that Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Linda Sarsour, and others who are less known, are essentially plants/trojan horses funded and supported by Qatar as proxy for The Muslim Brotherhood and also partially backed by the governments of Iran, Egypt, and Turkey. And that allegedly Omar and Tlaib have been passing sensitive information on to Qatar since elected to office and given clearances. And that much of the legislation they present and advocate for has some ulterior motive buried in it that indirectly or even directly benefits these countries backing them.
>> Bender claims Qatar tried to recruit him to essentially be their handler and liaison with the CAIR organization and to help run operations in the US. However Bender supposedly declined the offer. And he says he has evidence of all of this.
>> Supposedly a second source, a doctor living in the UK, who was a guest of the Qatarian Royal Family for six months last year, is also going to corroborate the details and accusations that Bender laid out in his deposition.
Interesting stuff. I've been following Imam of Peace/Tawhidi for a couple years on Twitter and the dude has always been solid with his information. He's a blue checkmark and Twitter actually refused to suspend him after Qatar's request. So there seems maybe some legitimacy behind his information. He's got interactions with some really high profile people too, like DJT Jr. and D'Souza.
I also totally buy the notion that Omar, Tlaib, and Sarsour are CAIR/Muslim Brotherhood agents who are trying to undermine our country for the benefit of Islamists of the world.

Not the first time that foreigners have bad talked our elected officials, and probably not the last time, either.

This positive relationship your ilk have with terrorists isn't going to end the way you think it will.
Keep up the good fight, though.

But we all know you'll ignore this to shoot the messenger and act like the source doesn't exist so you can try and discredit the whole thing.
And this is why you're a dishonest partisan hack loser on the wrong side of history and karma is going to buttfrick you into oblivion while we all laugh at your misfortune and despair. LOL

Justin Amash is a conservative with lots of connections to the Republican Party. Wow, I guess this can go both ways. Funny how that works, ain’t it.

Funny how you guys operate. A member of the opposing party, that goes against his party, is considered a patriot. A member of your party, that goes against his party, is a traitor.

The major hawza in Qom said that he dropped out. He studied under Sayid Sadiq Husseini Shirazi, though I don't think he received any certification. Shirazi's family is among the most famous cleric families in Shia Islam, along with the Sadr family. To my knowledge, Tawhidi never reached the requirements for mujatahid, which means he isn't qualified to perform ijtihad, which gives Shia scholars a massive amount of leeway with regards to interpretation of fiqh. Ijithad is arguably the reason why Shia Islam is more adaptable than the Sunni schools, it gives quite a lot of authority to individual figures. Shirazi is famous for wanting to separate the mosque from the state, which actually has a strong tradition in Shia Islam, called political quietism, while Khomeini's revolutionary stance was revolutionary precisely because he rejected the quietest philosophy of the major school in Qom and Najaf. Regardless, Shirazi isn't a reformer per se.
Though he did study with a very famous ayatollah (perhaps among the top five ayatollahs in the Shia world, behind Khameinei and Sistani), I don't think he actually has any credentials to make rulings. Nor do I think he has earned the title of Imam, as I don't think he is associated with any mosque where he leads prayers, which would give him the title. Tawhidi himself has been very critical of the Sunni schools, openly insulting them, which makes me skeptical of his desire to reform anything about Islam.

Qatarian, Iranian, Egyptian, and Turkish networks
The Qatar-Turkey axis makes sense, but the Egyptian involvement is odd, and makes me very skeptical of the claims. Egypt's ruling class is very anti-Muslim Brotherhood, and are diametrically opposed to Qatari and Turkish interests in the region. In general, Egypt belongs to the KSA-wing, though the Egyptians are reticent to involve themselves militarily in anything at the moment. The notion that Egypt would have even nominal support for any pro-Muslim Brotherhood group flies in the face of everything they've done since the military deposed Morsi. Iran exists at the periphery of the Qatar-Turkey axis, as they represent another wing of ME politics entirely. But they have been attempting to work with the Qataris, as they share the largest natural gas field in the world, and thus have reason to work together. The inclusion of Egypt makes me very skeptical of the claims though.

What did The Mooch say about 5 seconds after getting to DC?
Might be the truest thing ever uttered about DC politicians, and, coincidentally, why i believe every lick of this Imam of Peace story.
