If I remember correctly I think there was talk of a a couple of possibilities: faux “alien event” in an attempt to usher the one world order and/or a fake second coming of Jesus via holograms etc. apparently China has been showing off their hologram technology for a few years now, so if what has been seen is any indication of what is top secret and unseen, then both would seem plausible.

As for the question, why was the thread axed?
Chicken just started getting sponsors for TD at the time. Did not want to lose those sponsors, because everybody and their brother was attacking Q.
Ask yourself a question. If Q was just merely a psyop, then why did the media and the left go full throttle to attack it?
Was it a psyop? Yes it was. It served it's purpose and that was to get people to start pulling their heads out of their asses and start taking noticed that the people of the world are nothing but slaves to the government, central banks, mega corporations, and big pharma.
