Listening to radio and they are saying the raid was pertaining to immigration documents regarding her Father. Maybe the fraud is tangential but Homan is supposed to comment later.

Looks like Trump is going to jump in to get the high ups.

“The probe is into her immigration paperwork, which was filled out by her father”

They’re telling us how it ends before it really even starts. It will end with some bullshite charges against her father and nothing will happen to her. Just more theatre to keep the people occupied preventing any of us from rising up over all bullshite going on in this country. DC needs to be leveled and We, The People, need to start over. Short of that happening, the America I grew up in (mid 40s) is finished.

I agonized for years over this fact, for my kids. I think we all just have to accept those days are never coming back and try to prepare them as best we can for what they'll face.

Have the goods?

A federal judge signed off on it.

Besides lawfare doesn't exist.

Most likely, this is Trump just being vindictive

That’s rich, dribbling out of your fricking mouth or citing your post history.

There’s virtually no chance they have anything at all

“Several individuals who served as high-ranking military officers or officials under the Siad Barre dictatorship in Somalia—the same regime in which Rep. Ilhan Omar’s father, Nur Omar Mohamed, served as a colonel—immigrated to the United States following the collapse of the Somali government in 1991.

“While many former officials integrated into the Somali diaspora, several high-profile figures have faced legal actions, deportations, or public scrutiny regarding their pasts

The U.S. government initially admitted many former Somali military officers and bureaucrats during the 1990s as part of refugee resettlement programs or via standard immigration pathways. Because the U.S. lacked formal diplomatic ties with Somalia for decades after the government collapsed, thoroughly vetting the wartime records of these individuals was historically difficult.
In recent years, specialized units like the ICE Human Rights Violators and War Crimes Center have worked alongside survivor networks to identify, prosecute, or deport individuals tied to the atrocities committed during the Somali Civil War and the preceding dictatorship.”

quote:

Yusuf Abdi Ali ("Colonel Tukeh"): A former military commander under the Barre regime, Ali lived as a permanent resident in Virginia for decades. Human rights groups and survivors sued him under the Torture Victim Protection Act. In 2019, a federal jury found him liable for the torture of Somali civilians. In December 2024, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported Ali to Somalia after an immigration judge ruled he had engaged in torture and extrajudicial killings

Hussein Farrah Aidid: The son of Mohamed Farrah Aidid (the notorious warlord who helped overthrow Barre and later fought U.S. forces), Hussein immigrated to the U.S. in 1979. He served as a combat engineer in the U.S. Marine Corps during Desert Storm. However, following his father's death in 1996, he returned to Somalia and was declared the new leader of his father's faction, effectively becoming a warlord himself before later participating in various transitional governments.

Ali Mohamed Ali: A former Somali government official, Ali was involved in navigating the fallout of the civil war. He later moved to the U.S. but was arrested in 2011 for his role as a hostage negotiator during a 2008 pirate hijacking of a merchant vessel. He spent years in U.S. federal custody before being acquitted of piracy charges but convicted of lesser offenses.

The Barre Family in Ohio: Relatives and close associates of the dictator Siad Barre settled heavily in Columbus, Ohio, which hosts a large Somali diaspora community. For instance, Barre's daughter, Deka, and her husband, former Somali ambassador Abdikarim Ali Omar, operated a federally funded home healthcare business in Ohio for years before his death in 2021. Additionally, public scrutiny has remained high regarding other former regime insiders, such as Barre's son, who has faced calls from human rights survivors for U.S. authorities to investigate his past.

If you ever watched Black Hawk Down, you’re familiar with the Aidid warlord family surname. The above information should induce the gag reflex of every US citizen. The country lost our most precious resource, our sons, over there only for the warlord’s son to come to the United States get trained under US taxpayers dollars to become a USMC marine and return to Somalia to become, *check’s notes*, a warlord.
