Brother if my family committed illegal acts and made money off of it and I got that money as a minor, they would take everything.
She would have no standing to ever be a US citizen and would be a constitutionally illegal representative of this country.
Then start the process of kicking her out or letting her do her book tour.

Assuming she was a minor and couldn't commit the fraud, I'm not sure if you could work it back like that. How could you denaturalize her without the criminal conviction?

Why would the SOL reset to unrelated actions?
Once she became a citizen (which was 2000, per Google), its no longer immigration fraud. You can't reset a crime that no longer exists.
The SOL for immigration fraud may be as short at 5 years which means it would have fun in 2005 or 2006 if that SOL applies. Even the 10-year SOL would have run in 2010-2011.

If that citizenship came about due to fraud then wouldn't her citizenship be illegal? If a crime was committed in her real birthday then wouldn't every time she used the fake birth day , on federal paperwork, be a crime?
