'lack of candor' is defined to include false statements. See the PDF in my last link. I e... LYING is perjury. And this is before the sedition charges which calls for a 20 year prison sentence.

Since you've left the place, perhaps you've gone to some other country where executive actually runs the security apparatus and is utterly unaccountable to the rule of law?

Yes. pre-meditated intent and Comey's OIG report shows the rogue operation planted spies in the WH and questioned Flynn w/o a lawyer present intentionally. (Comey admitted it) It was to put a cloud over the President and leak his calls with foreign leaders; and then collude with Russia and the media to make Trump a KGB asset. All to paint the very political impeachment and removal.
I think they have them all by the balls. I only question a politically tainted DC jury. But there is hope for our country that even they cannot deny this was criminal.

Just kiddin Angelle. Trump is still president, its a fall Saturday and your Tigers are looking quite good, and I think this will all get resolved.
I just keep going back to the fact that Trump has said over and over "this should never happen to a president ever again". He knows if nothing is done they will come after him and his family after he is out of office. He has to make it painful enough that no one tries this shat for another few decades at least.
Whether it be this little dust up with McCabe, the FISA issues, or Durham, some will be held accountable and I think above the McCabe level.
And you saw the things Sidney Powell was requesting, how did she know that, someone, at a very high level, is singing.
I think we are all just sick and tired of this drawn out mess, get on with it.
